Championing Democracy in Europe – MoreIn24 Campaign
As one of only two official changemakers selected to represent Luxembourg in the EU-wide MoreIn24 campaign, I spent six months actively advocating for voting rights, the rule of law, and the strengthening of democratic values across Europe. Through high-impact interviews, school outreach programs, policy-focused roundtables, and collaborations with MEPs, I promoted legal literacy and civic engagement among young citizens.
This role positioned me at the intersection of EU legal principles and grassroots activism, proving my capacity to influence public discourse and defend democratic institutions through legal advocacy.
EurHope Campaign – International Officer
As International Officer for JEF Luxembourg, I played a key role in the EurHope campaign; Europe’s largest youth consultation, engaging 1.5 million young people and generating over 5,000 policy proposals for EU reform. Representing Luxembourg on the international stage, I helped shape the Agenda of Hope and was awarded the Outstanding Youth Civic Engagement Award for advancing legal and democratic participation across Europe.
Strengthening Democracy Locally
Impatiently awaiting the election results, I was invited to speak at the Luxembourg Parliament in recognition of my exceptional efforts to promote democratic participation.
As one of the most active youth advocates, I led awareness campaigns, spoke to local audiences, and encouraged voter turnout, amplifying the importance of civic engagement and the rule of law at a grassroots level which is something that holds alot of importance to me
CEFIS “Multiplicateur” Award
Civic Participation Advocate
I was honored with the Multiplicateur recognition by CEFIS for my work in mobilizing my community to vote and fostering civic participation. This recognition presented in the presence of government ministers, MEPs, and representatives from the European Commission and Parliament, highlighted my role in strengthening democratic culture and legal awareness at the local level.
European Parliament Simulation
Participating in this high-level week-long simulation at the European Parliament in Strasbourg, immersing myself in legislative procedures, legal negotiations, and policy drafting alongside peers from across Europe.
This intensive program offered a behind-the-scenes look at EU lawmaking, from committee debates to plenary sessions, and sharpened my diplomatic, analytical, and negotiation skills.
